It is a thin crust pizza undercoated with fresh tomato sauce, hot melting mozzarella cheese, and covered with barbequed chicken marinated in barbeque sauce sprinkled with cilantro. The restaurant makes great pasta as well. I tried some of my friend shrimp pasta when I visited the Ciao. It was pretty good. It was marinated in creamy sauce and covered with shrimp. They prepared our food pretty fast too, considering I was with a large group of people and we ordered a lot of food.
